Triangle Flier (Flywheel Mechanism)

30 Apr 2015

The Triangle Flier is simple, stable, and energy savingly-sound. By using a well known fact that weight is able to balance itself at high speeds, we are able to apply that to the Triangle Flier. With two bronze weights, shaped dynamically like triangles, the Flier is attached through galvanized wire and two metal, tapered steel rectangles accompanied by a zinc-covered steel cuff. Energy will flow through the center galvanized wire, and is able to escape through the points that are facing away from the shaft. Through balance and elegant transferal of weights and energy, the Triangle Flier is ready to withstand high speeds for the sake of saving and producing energy.
